"I had the opportunity to be an intern for Delegate Hubbard
during the Maryland General Assembly 2004 legislative session.
During this time, I was able to track and research legislation,
interact with constituents and even testify before committee. I
particularly enjoyed observing Delegate Hubbard in action as he
worked to serve the interests of Maryland residents—fighting
especially hard for those who could not fight for themselves.
All in all, this was a tremendous learning experience wherein I
was able to learn new things while helping ‘real people with
